There is a strict no refund policy on all orders, including all digital products, services, and subscriptions except those covered under the 80% policy.

80% Policy

Full custom made instrumentals are eligible a maximum refund of eighty percent (80%) of the entire investment made on a single project be it a single track order or a bulk track order.

Full custom made instrumentals are defined as multi-instrument instrumentals that are made to fit a specific song, melody, or set of lyrics of the buyers choice. These do not include instrumentals freely made by Eman's Tracks and posted on Eman's Tracks social outlets (Website, Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) as these are not originally custom made to a buyers specifications.
